This policy explains how Astrolabe Voyage, organizer of Travel Tech Hub hosted at MOTTEX Expo 2026 (Casablanca International Fair (OFEC), Morocco), processes personal data collected through traveltechhubexpo.com. We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international visitors and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Contact details you submit in our forms: name, company, job title, email, phone, country, website.
• Request details: booth or stand selection, sponsorship interest, visitor registration, messages.
• Newsletter preference, only if you tick the optional box.
• Technical data needed to run and secure the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, request logs).

3. Why we use it

• To answer your booth, sponsorship, speaking, visitor or general requests (pre-contractual steps).
• To prepare exhibitor and sponsor agreements and the event directory, with your agreement.
• To send new Travel Tech Hub articles if you opted in (consent, withdrawable at any time).
• To protect the site against abuse and spam (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Request data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, contract data for the period required by law, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. It is only shared with service providers that help us operate the site and send emails (hosting, database and email delivery), bound by confidentiality, and with the MOTTEX Expo host where needed to process your participation. Some providers may be located outside Morocco or the EU, with appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to sales@traveltechhubexpo.com. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco) or your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to authorized administrators.
